I’ve now seen Rachel 3 times and every time I’ve had a great experience. She’s been able to work my problem areas and I have always come out from her massages feeling refreshed. I appreciate her technique when working my problem shoulder areas. I would especially recommend her for firm or deep massages. Overall, the Bixby Knoll’s salon has been always been an amazing experience.
