Spavia LBX is a spa that offers excellent massage services with knowledgeable therapists. The spa has affordable membership options, but scheduling appointments can be challenging, especially on weekends and late weekdays. Some customers have reported issues with the spa's setup and additional charges for deeper massages.
The spa's waiting area, known as the "retreat," is separate from the reception area, and it is a truly relaxing space. Guests can enjoy a warm, cozy robe, sandals, and complimentary tea or water. The massage and facial services have received high praise, with customers describing the therapists as gentle, welcoming, and skilled at addressing their specific needs. The clean and relaxing atmosphere, along with the friendly and helpful staff, contribute to an overall great experience at Spavia LBX.
Kylie is EXCEPTIONAL! I have had many estheticians over the years and no one comes close. I have been her client for a few years now and I can confidently say she is extremely knowledgeable, has great technique, and is so sweet. My skin looks AMAZING!!! I have already booked next two appointments with her.
Kylie was great! Not only did I enjoy my facial. She was able to accommodate my appointment along with my sister’s with another esthetician basically at the same time. Her follow through was incredible! She tells you when she will call you and she does!
Natalia was fantastic! Perfect pressure for my mid day massage. I love that Spavia asks questions about the pressure, the music, and even the lotion scent! Was very pleased with my experience, hopefully my mom will let me use one of her credits again hehe thank you!
