Worst experience ever! I gave the lady my W2 forms and she automatically said I owe money. I asked why? she explained the situation and handed my forms back to me without trying to help me out. She also answered a phone call in the middle of our conversation. Poor customer service.

My entire family files their taxes at this location. I've utilized her services two years in a row now and will continue to help support the business. She's not related to us but I do call her "Auntie" because she treats us like an extended part of her family, and we're Cambodian. Last year, due to Covid our tax refunds were delayed but Auntie helped guide us with all the questions we had, dealing with the IRS and their requests and navigating the whole refund process.
