I've been seeing Dr Coates for going on 4 years and recommend him and his staff to all my friends for all dental needs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially helping me navigate 3 insurance policy changes by my employer. I felt extremely safe seeing them during the pandemic and Dr Coates was the one who brought me relief when I developed tinnitus. I value their service so much I pay out of pocket for additional cleanings beyond the 2x year paid for by my insurance plan.
