I've been coming to Long Beach Animal Hospital since the 1990's. The staff love their jobs. They are so caring. They see both domestic & exotic pets. They are awesome!!!
Costumer service for me is everything and this place has amazing phone receptionist and front desk people. We came in with our sick little chihuahua and she was quickly admitted. They explained everything well and answered all of our questions. When we saw the veterinarian he was very informative, calm and never rushed us. He made us feel calm even if our baby was very sick. Overall we had a good experience at this pet hospital. Everyone was friendly, respectful, made you feel seen and understood. Treated my dog with compassion and respect and thank God she was released after a few hours and was almost back to normal. Thank you Long Beach Animal Emergency
I had to bring my dogs in during a very stressful emergency, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the entire team. Every single person I interacted with had such a kind, calming, and genuinely beautiful energy. They treated my dogs with so much care, patience, and compassion, which meant everything to me in that moment. You can tell they truly love what they do and care deeply about the animals they treat. Thank you all so much for making such a difficult experience feel a little lighter.
