I did not have LMP do any work on my air conditioning, but after explaining what was going on with my unit, the lady answering the phone was so helpful and even suggested a couple of things that I might try to possibly fix the problem so that I wouldn't have to pay for a service charge. They (LMP) were unfortunately too busy to get out right away, but the lady was kind enough to refer me to another company (it was a great referral, and the problem was solved right away). I'm giving them 5 stars for their help and kindness.

Our A/C gave out in time for the previous heat wave, and LMP was the second company we called. LMP is a family-owned business, and we were very impressed with Leonard and his son Logan. They came promptly and did a thorough inspection and diagnosis, explaining at each step what they were finding. It turned out not to be fixable, and so we got an all-new heat pump system. They were very thorough, respectful of our property, worked around us, explained everything we wanted to know about, and cleaned up after themselves each of the three days they took for the installation. No up-selling or extras. Strongly recommended.

Look no further if you’re searching to get central air. I found this business searching through next door app, which they have good reviews. I got a quote from 2 other companies but we decided to get it done by LMP. It’s a small business run by the family. They’re knowledgeable and very professional. They get busy so be patient if you want good service. We are so happy with our new central air system. Hope this review helps other people looking for air and heat service.
