Although we came here about 5 months ago, I would still like to write a review for this business. My daughter was the customer here, she needed a Live Scan background check for her work as a CNA and we were recommended here since it was nearby to where she lived at the time. There is no public parking lot but you can park out front or one of the nearby residential streets. The man who did the live scan was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Though I don't recall his name, he was a higher up or owner. He made the experience great and told us how long the process would be and was very transparent about pricing, etc. I recommend this business for... read full review

Service: Live Scan (Fingerprints) Location: Corner of 10th and Redondo. Across the street from MVP's Burger joint. Price: I'm sure prices vary but I'll admit I did not shop around. It was super close to my work and home so that's why I picked it. Also, their hours worked for me. $$ Service: Sam greeting me a friendly hello and took me in right way. The process was super simple and fast. I was back to work within my one hour lunch with time to spare. Sam takes appointments and walk-ins. Office : the office space is big, a little messy that could use a woman's touch. However, it didn't mater to me. He was fast, friendly and made me feel comfortable.... read full review

My mom and I came in here for an IHSS live scan. The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable in the process. The scan didn’t work the first time. We were worried. He assured us that it will go through the second time, and it did! Make sure you lotion your hands before you go, and don’t touch bleach or harsh solvents.
