Javier did a thorough annual termite inspection and treated an area where I had had an infestation. He also pointed out some areas of dry rot in the pergola on my front porch. He was very efficient, right on time and pleasant to talk to.
Joshua has been the technician to perform the annual termite inspection for years. He has been thorough, knowledgeable, and highly respectful. It has not been necessary to have additional appointments during the year.
