Quick, transparent and communicative. There was a pricing increase for a fur coat I had cleaned there but not Sam’s fault, as it’s a third party vendor who raised their prices. The owner is kind and friendly. I’d come again for my items.

I have been taking my dry cleaning to Katella Cleaners since it first opened on 2nd Street (so that is probably over 25 years). They do an excellent job and Sam, the owner, is great. In all these years, they have never lost an article of my clothing or damaged anything. I am retiring so I will have a reduced need for dry cleaned clothes. However, my son is entering the work force, and he is now using Katella Cleaners.

We have been going to Sam, at Katella Cleaners for years. They do a great job! Even my mom who lives in South OC gives me her tough stains to take here. Sam is super nice and very dependable. I highly recommend them!
