I had a very disappointing experience here and want to warn other customers.
I dropped off my usual wash-and-fold load and just few dry-clean items on Tuesday this week. When I asked lady who received my items for an estimate, she told me she wouldn’t be able to provide it at that moment because she needed to weigh the items and she couldn’t do that right now. This already felt strange and unprofessional, but since wash-and-fold pricing is usually pretty standard, I trusted the process and left my items.

They ruined my silk top. Completely shredded one arm hole. Then offered no compensation, and the person at the counter even agreed with me that you shouldn’t take silk clothes to a dry cleaner! What a lame service.

I brought them a beautiful colorful vintage tablecloth for dry cleaning. I didn't want to wash it myself as I was afraid the vibrant colors would fade as I explained. When I picked it up, my worst fears as it was completely faded. She told me it had been put it in the washing machine. Wait a minute what? She said "sorry here's your bill" ~
