I WISH I would’ve read the countless reviews on here before buying a machine. Do not buy a machine from this company! They are full of empty promises & they have a severe LACK in communication. I’ve tried over 7+ times now to get in touch with the “higher up” people and its crickets. I could write an entire novel on how much I regret this purchase.
SAVE your money! Due to The Hydrafacial companies lack of customer service and responsiveness; I have now gone to the Attorney General of California and Arizona as well as reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
I purchased my Hydrafacial in March of 2023 and chose to finance it as I was a new business owner and still building a steady clientele. I was promised a new machine, however, on the paperwork I received from the lender, it shows the machine as used. This is FRAUD.

The extreme disappointment, turmoil, time & energy, tears, financial loss, my client's dissatisfaction, bullying, and all-around negative experiences I have had as a solo esthetician and buyer of Hydrafacial products cannot even be described in words. I HIGHLY advise beauty professionals and companies not to invest their hard-earned money in these machines. The depreciation of Hydrafacials machines devices drops about $1,000+/per month after your initial purchase. The training is subpar.
