I have been going to European Wax Center for a couple years now and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I usually go to Lesly, and when the 2nd street location closed down, I followed her to her new location. She’s friendly, informative, and very helpful. She empathizes with her clients and keeps a quick schedule while being thorough. I sometimes reschedule (so sorry) and she’s never made me feel bad about it and is always understanding.
