To confirm an appointment for me at 6pm only for you to be starting on someone else’s hair; not finishing but starting. You doubled book and didn’t communicate anything to me. I confirmed the payment method 30 min prior to my scheduled appointment and you didn’t mention anything about running late or having another appointment. Communication and respect goes a long way.
