I have ClassPass and had wanted to try a dance class. The first class I signed up for was Johnny's Adult Jazz Funk/Hip Hop. I was a bit nervous going in because this was definitely out of my comfort zone, but it turned out to be such an amazing experience! The choreography was not only fun and a good workout, but Johnny is a great instructor! He walks through all the moves in easy-to-follow steps and adjusts based on students' skills and interests. This makes the class perfect for beginners but also gives freedom for more advanced levels. I felt like it was a safe space to explore something new and I can't wait to check out more classes! I've taken classes here a couple of years ago so I'm familiar with the studio. I liked it then and I continue to like it. I've taken Johnny's class on Monday night and it was so fun. I've been wanting my son who is 5 to get involved in extra curricular activities. My son tried 2 other local studios and didn't like it. We tried Johnny's hip hop class on Saturdays and he loves it. He likes Johnny and the way he runs his class.. They start off with a warm up, dance choreography for the recital, play games, free dance, and wind down. One time, Johnny called in sick.
