She has so many admirable qualities, among them, she's extremely organized and efficient. I was especially impressed that within ten minutes of signing with her, she'd scheduled her handyman, cleaners, and stagers, and within a few days, the house was ready to list. The offers soon came in and Liz took plenty of time to walk me through the intricacies of each. She's an excellent teacher and I trusted and valued her opinions and advise.

We had the pleasure of meeting Liz when we purchased our first home. We were lucky to have her represent us as the buyers and hold our hands the entire process. She is so trustworthy and made it so easy. It was an extra bonus that she was also our new neighbor and future friend.
She humored us when on a whim we went to an open house for a dream home we never thought was possible. She helped us pull numbers and do research for the potential hypothetical offer. Liz’s expertise and quick advice gave us the confidence to move forward and try. We made an offer on our dream home, and it was accepted. We could not have done it without her.
