I had an excellent experience with East Long Beach Pool and Spa, and especially with Mario.
Mario just installed a new Pentair Intelliflo3 VSF 3 HP pump for my koi pond, and the entire process was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to explain all of my options, discussed the pros and cons of different pump sizes, and clearly outlined how he planned to do the installation.
I was admittedly a bit indecisive about which pump to choose, and Mario was incredibly patient, never rushing me or making me feel pressured. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out.

Their prices are great, and they’ll even help bring your crates of SH to your truck. Especially Gwenn over there she's got great customer service, helpful, and knows her stuff.
I have become a loyal customer to get my water checked and buy all my supplies. Gwen has been extra helpful to tell me exactly what to add to keep my pool well maintained. Best customer serv ice each time I go!!
