I was greeted immediately upon enter the store. I had a pair of glasses that I loved and went to Mr. Atalla as a last resort. He was able to repair them while I waited at a great price. While I waited I browsed the eye glass frames and observed another customer come in and praise his service for taking care of him as well. I will definitely return here for all of my eye glass needs. Great price, quality work and most importantly great service.

I came here with a pair of broken glasses that I purchased elsewhere. I chose this location because it appeared to be a mom-and-pop shop, which I always prefer supporting. The owner, wife, and daughter were in the shop, and they were friendly and helpful! The owner expressed that my glasses were tricker to fix because it was not an easy fix like a screw, but the temple pieces broke off the frame. But he could fix it, so I did not need a new frame! About a week ago, my baby snapped the arm off my glasses and I was told about Douglas by my partner. Barry quoted me a price of 20$ and 5 minutes for repair. My glasses were quickly repaired and fit perfectly. I was happy, little did I know Douglas optical would soon by my only hope! Just yesterday I found out my 1 year old son needs glasses. I called SEVERAL optical stores in the surrounding area that took my insurance but NONE OF THEM carried flexi toddler glasses.
