Disappointed- I booked Cambrian Home Care about a month before services needed. I requested the assigned caregiver to be qualified for the routine care. Monday they sent Francisca which was awesome. The rest of the week we got lesser trained and hardworking staff.

I’m extremely disappointed with Cambrian Home Care. We hired them to help support my elderly mother twice a week with light tasks—bathing, vacuuming, and a few household needs. What we got was constant frustration. Caregivers would show up late, cancel last minute, or not show up at all. Communication and customer service were just as unreliable. The final straw? The last caregiver showed up 20 minutes late, listened to my wife’s simple instructions, said she needed to grab something from her car… and just never came back. My caregiver: Imelda is always consistent in arriving on Friday at 12:00, and always does a thorough Job when she’s here! I so appreciate her consistency and I can depend on her! It’s so reassuring & helps my healing! Thank You!! For your service!
