There are not enough words to adequately articulate how appreciative I am of the service and genuine care Blooms on Broadway showed me during my season of grief. Called to ask about customization options, they were very detailed in providing me with options and helped me complete ordering online. As soon as I placed my order, I was anxious because I live on the East Coast and I’m used to at least visiting a shop to ease my nerves. They texted me with updates and questions to ensure they executed what I wanted. And as you can see, I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Can't say enough good things about this business! Needed flowers while I was across the country from my friend, and Blooms created and delivered the most beautiful bouquet at such a fair price, and they were super communicative through the delivery process. 1000/10 would use them again and recommend them to all my friends in the area.
I thought I'd support a local florist instead of the same hit-or-miss online stores. I initially thought it was a bit pricier but the quality of the flowers and presentation was worth it. Actually, being able to pick them up and not paying delivery fees ended up a bargain.
