They began restoration work promptly and coordinated well with my insurance. Workers were skilled and I am extremely pleased with the job they did. I would not hesitate to use them again for the restoration of my home.
The tech's job was completed within the timeframe quoted; everything was cleaned and sanitized; and the fan and dehumidifier will be on until at least tomorrow. I did use them once before, many years ago, and my insurance agent, contractors, and inspector have never raised any red flags.
They arrived soon and opened up and cleaned the damaged area. They also set up ventilators and watched it for the following two weeks to make sure everything was working properly. They documented everything from beginning to end and my insurance company quickly accepted their findings after they collaborated extensively with my adjuster.
