They service what they sell! The expert recommendations allowed me hear things clearly again which has enabled me to enjoy my life in ways that I thought I would never be able to again.

My experience with the staff there is most favorable. The Audiologist checked and rechecked, tested and retested until the hearing aids allowed me the best possible levels of sound to help overcome the tinninus (ringing, hissing, humming, swishing, etc.) sounds I deal with. As a Veteran, I was referred by VA West LA and I'm very satisfied with the services the VA and American Hearing provide me.

The audiologist (Marie) was very friendly and knowledgeable/caring in assisting with the maintenance and adjustments of my hearing aids/also providing tips for self management.The office setting was clean and comfortable.
