Did a decent job, my sofa is white so I can't blame them completely for some of the stains not coming out, but it took almost 2 days to dry, which leads me to believe they didn't drain as much water as they should have.
Excellent service!!! I have a grey couch, ottoman and recliner chair that had multiple stains from my newborn on. The technicians cleaned the couches to perfection. They were on time and even early only took them less than hour to complete everything. Dean the owner was efficient when giving a quote and scheduling an appointment almost next day. Pricing is fair and will not break the bank. Will definitely recommend and be using them again for any of my cleaning needs. If using credit card there is a 4% charge.
I love these guys. I've used them twice now and they always do a stellar job. I have a light blue and white woven carpet in my living room that was pretty expensive, so I was sure I'd have to send it out to a prestigious (and very expensive) cleaner associated with the company who made the rug. However, this local company saved me a lot of time, hassle and money, making it look as good as new, time after time. They even removed blood stains (caused by my new rescue dog)! Their staff is always courteous, warm, accommodating and friendly. I feel incredibly lucky to have found American Carpet Cleaning.
