I had advantage air come to check out my Goodman furnace that was not working. We had Leonardo come and he was very transparent in the steps we needed to take to fix the heat. My air conditioner wasn’t putting out cold air like it used to so I called Advantage Air to send someone out to see if there was an issue. Within 15-20 minutes of Jorge arriving at my house, he had diagnosed the issue as a leak somewhere in my system. He was courteous, sociable, and professional throughout the visit, which also included a quick trip to my attic so he could explain a few things about the system to me.
