Had a great experience with Adams Pool & Spa and wanted to share.
From the start, their secretary was fantastic—easy to talk to, clear and concise about the estimate and costs, and even accommodated a last-minute schedule change without any hassle. They also texted 15 minutes before arrival, which I really appreciated.
Adam came out to service our heater, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the faulty part, and thoroughly tested the system. He explained everything clearly, communicated professionally, and even left the heater cleaner than when he arrived. On top of that, he provided a 1-year warranty on the repair.
If you want someone knowledgeable, honest and shows up on time, look no further than Adam. He not only fixed the issue on my spa, he saved me money on some bad advice I received prior from a different repair person that suggested additional things needed to be done. Won't use anyone else but Adam.

Adam is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, provided helpful tips on how to cut cost, and being first-time pool owners, went through how everything works, so that was great. Pamela in the front office helped us with scheduling and was wonderful to speak with. We'll be using them again!Services: Filter cleaning
