“This is a sweet little yoga studio run by Julia, who has the biggest heart and makes everyone feel so welcomed and comfortable. Everything is clean and smells so good with essential oils diffused and meditative music to set a peaceful mood. I learned of Blooming Energy through the Lompoc school district and started to regularly attend the Tuesday yin yoga class for a while (until I had a grief support group with conflicting times). I miss that class a lot and I plan to come back to continue attending yoga here in the fall because I noticed the difference between myself going through my weekly schedule with yoga and without yoga - such a different vibe. WITH yoga I felt more calm, present, and balanced throughout my busy week; That intentional time really works! Julia leads with such positive energy and listened to me when I said this was my first time attending a yoga class so she gave me tips and helped me along the way.
