Competent and professional. I had another leak in the 1 inch copper service inside the wall of my garage. Called the office and was immediately scheduled a service call for the same day. Responsive, reliable and friendly! Their technicians are the best! Had an issue with our main line and they came out right away to resolve the issue. I had 2 other plumbers come out from 2 other companies before them and they were not able to resolve the problem. On my third attempt I got a hold of WM Rieck Plumbing, they came out and very quickly knew what to do. The issue was resolved the same day. Highly recommend!
