I went to Sally's to get some more hair dye and was having the HARDEST time picking out products. The salesperson (Sam) was SO helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention a genuinely nice person to talk to. I hope yall are treating her well!! The best advice I've gotten about my hair outside of a nice salon in ages. 10/10!
I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 1998 as well as a Master stylist and color specialist. I visited this store with a friend to go over some color options for her hair because it was conveniently located compared to a professional salon supply store such as Cosmoprof. While standing in the color isle, an employee stood beside us even after telling her no thank you when she offered to help us. As I was discussing options with my friend not only did she proceed to offer her recommendation despite not being asked for it, but provided incorrect information based on her inaccurate assessment, mistaking my friends natural color as an ash rather than strawberry blonde.... read full review
Got off work and rushed to make it before closing time. Got there at 6:55pm and door was locked but customers inside at cash register. They close at 7pm. Donna told me she just up and decided to close early and I would not be serviced. Called higher management from the numbers on the wall and Ms. Barbara Elledge completely turned my experience around! I was able to get what I needed! The good always outweighs the bad, thank you Barbara!!
