Unlike my past experiences, where sales tactics were aggressive, the staff at City Appliance, particularly Sara, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. WE WERE VERY HAPPY AND SURPRISED TO RECEIVE A RESCHEDULE DAYS EARLIER THAN ORIGINAL APPT. REPAIRMAN WAS VERY PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED THINGS AS HE WORKED. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

I had been trying to get some help regarding an older appliance, and with all the automated answering in most businesses, I couldn't even get a human being on the phone!I decided to call an appliance store outside the Paso Robles area and ... I found this very helpful woman here! She efficently and quickly found answers for me. Personal service and a desire to help a current or potential customer are so appreciated!
