My son had a formal event to attend and I only wanted his new shirt and pants pressed. I was charged the cost of cleaning the items as I was told there is no separate cost for just a press. I paid nearly $20 for the press because I was in a hurry and there was no time to search for another cleaners. I will never go back.

My mom took her dress to get tailored as it was too long. My mother was very specific and said only the front needed to be shortened and the back tail was to be left as is. She was very clear and told the man multiple times. She picked up the dress and it had no tail and it was beyond short all around! And the seam was thick and awful!! He refused to give her a resolution and basically said it was done and she still had to pay full price!!! Do not go here, They will ruin your clothes ! Horrible service and work!

Needs 0 Stars. They Lost an import Dodgers Jacket worth $250. It also had sentimental value. First they said it's lost and they will find it. Then they said an employee gave it to the wrong customer but they don't know who. When asked about that employee they said that employee no longer works there. Pretty sure they stole it because the guy kept changing his story. DO NOT GO HERE
