Admin staff are rude most of the time they dont want to be there or help, called yesterday with a request from the Dr and the rude admin lady never even made the request. Nothing is online I had to pay 35 and come in to get test results which are usually availble on a portal or email. They still use paper invoices too. My Dr is great but the staff here is terrible. I should switch soon.

Front office people are rude and dismissive and I waited almost two hours still did not get seen so I left and they don't seem to care also I felt the staff working there are racist against white people. That is how they made me feel. I will let Torrance IPA know and find another doctor also my husband will not be going back either.BTW my family and friends fought for equality to all.

Horrible service. I’ve been Dr. Reikhl’s patient for 2 years and have never even seen her. The front office staff is rude, and disorganized. This office requires you to come in for every little thing and I suspect it’s to collect the copay. I will changing doctors on my insurance because this is just ridiculous. Their only saving grace is the PA they have on staff. If you’ve been assigned this doctor please ask for a new one. You will be charged but you won’t be sufficiently helped
