He explains techniques clearly, keeps classes engaging, and creates an environment that’s both disciplined and fun. You can tell he truly cares about his students’ growth on and off the mats. I’ve really enjoyed my time training at Caique Jiu-Jitsu. The great instructors, welcoming environment, and consistent encouragement from the team make every class something to look forward to. The classes are well structured, and every student is treated with respect and support. I’ve learned so much and feel stronger, more confident, and more disciplined every time I step on the mat. Great system, instructors and friendly environment. Two large mat rooms and a lot of classes to fit odd schedules. The kids classes are also very dynamic and they seem to really enjoy them. Totally recommend to any age.
