NP David Lewis and RN Mindy Potter were just amazing. Great bedside manner answered questions I had on my children's symptoms with useful explanations. Spoke to me in a way where I felt heard on my concerns not like they were rushing through to get to the next patient. I was very impressed, I will keep choosing to bring my kids here and refer to others.
It’s sad that people are giving 1 star for the wait time. You can’t come and expect fast food service. It’s quality care. They have X-rays, ultrasounds and have top notch nurses! I can’t give them less. You want crap care in 30 minutes? Go elsewhere. Expect to wait 4 hours.
I was treated with kindness and respect. I felt they knew what they were doing. Yes I had to wait. There was a lot of sick people there. I wore a mask and waited for each test. Patience is a virtue.
I liked the fact I could have all my tests done there. Be kind to people and 9 out of 10 will treat you the same way as well.
