Do not come here if you have a serious/critical issue, they will make you jump through numerous hoops which all add up to billable services $$$ for Loma Linda. The staff are incompetent, unvetted, rude and unprofessional. They thrive on having the power to allow you to get an appointment or even getting treatment. I was at the end of the window of time to receive treatment and Stacy decided it was too late for me to receive that specific treatment. She had all the POWER and CONTROL. Tried to make an appointment for a very critical situation and they said that that there is no availability until next year! Really???
That's a slap in the face to your customers!! We pay Lots of money to our Medical & Insurance Service providers for these issues to be handled in a timely manner. ANYTHING over 90 days is ABSURD & DISRESPECTFUL to all of the Employee's & other people that need medical services.
