Loyal customer and been getting my clothes hemmed here the last few years. One time the stitching was loose and I walked to get the stitching resewed at no cost. She does an excellent job!

Loma Linda Cleaners and Alteration is a hidden gem. The business owners are truly great and genuinely take pride in their work. They cater to every client's need and do everything from buttons and zippers to shortening RV curtains and perfect dry cleaning. Alterations are done very good and efficiently, often much faster than other places. The owner has experience in tailoring suits and does excellent work, especially when provided with clear feedback. The results are perfect, with work described as "chef's kiss." Prices are quite affordable compared to others in the area. Customers are super happy and highly recommend this place no doubt.

I come here often to get my clothes altered by Ban. She has altered my dresses for my European vacation, all of my hospital scrubs for work, and even my Coachella music festival outfits. She is really amazing at what she does and is so professional and always kind. I always feel welcomed by her. I have gotten so much of much clothes altered by her and it comes out perfect every time. I always get compliments as to how well my clothes fit and it's all thanks to her. She listens to what exactly I need and always gets the job done perfectly. Her prices are very fair. I will always come back to her
