They were okay, a little expensive. Their customer service can improve though. I told the lady at the front counter exactly what I wanted to do with my pants and she was trying to convince me to do something else, I felt like I had to convince her to do exactly what I wanted her to do with my pants, lol! Other than this, they were okay.
The lady that does alterations & repairs was nice . And Did nice job replacing zipper on a pair of shorts My only thing is it took a week WOW to get done & the price to replace 1 zipper is expensive $18 dollars other cleaners I called after I drop off the 1 pair of shorts here ONLY because I was close to that shopping center at the time & didn't not have time to drive anywhere else that day had other things that needed to be taken care ofI CALLED other cleaners that did alterations & repairs just to see maybe I was wrong about price being to expensive at brookside cleanersI was NOT the other locations I called in redlands& Loma Linda area was between 10-14 to replace… read full review
