I needed like 3 things from Ulta. I ended up walking away with everything I needed and a little more. It was a treat yo’self day and why not at Ulta? Love the customer service here at the Lodi location! Jaislee was so nice getting me THE LAST Hourglass brow pencil in dark brunette. I also walked away with fragrance based on Jaislee’s recommendation and a bunch of samples as well. All the staff was a girls’ girl! Definitely would shop here again. If corporate is reading this review they definitely deserve some recognition for being in my corner! ?

I would like to recognize Benny at Ulta for truly exceptional customer service. From the moment I began shopping with him, he has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Benny has an incredible eye for makeup selection. He takes the time to listen, understands exactly what I’m looking for, and recommends products that genuinely work for me.
