To summarize my experience, I would say I am very satisfied with all that happened, and would rate 5/5 overall. It was finished on time and on budget. I actually had chosen someone else to do the repairs, but I am glad I changed my mind. It was a pleasure dealing with the people, particularly Ryan: excellent prompt communication, honest, and quality work. When I need further work, I will call on this company again. I have no financial interest in the company.

Schatz tore out and replaced an an outdoor porch attached to our house. It was a somewhat complicated job since the porch had to tie into the roof and the porch roof sloped correctly. The price was very competitive and they did the job within the time frame stated. Ryan, Mike and the workers are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Their work is excellent and I am very pleased with the new porch. They even followed up to make sure that the job was done correctly and that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Schatz Construction and would definitely use them again.
