I had called Phil and Paul’s pluming for a drain issue I’ve been having for years. Once a year I have to clean out my kitchen sink drain lines due to them backing up from buildup. I was worried the constant build up was caused by roots or damage in the line. They had a technician out with hours of my call. Aaron had arrived and was quick knowledgeable and professional. No attempted upsell or pressure for anything other than what I needed (I even had to insist he stick a camera in the pipe to inspect after he cleared the blockage for my own peace of mind). Not only have I always had great service from Jeff, Jessica has ALWAYS been very friendly when answering the phone and has a strong sense of wanting to help you ASAP. In a world when customer service is rare, this company definitely knows the true meaning of service!
We have used Phil & Pauls for a few years now both at our home and commercial properties. I have tried other plumbers and never got the quality service we always receive from Phil & Pauls. Thank you for your continued great work.
