I called to add a vehicle to my policy and pay my monthly bill that I dread to pay because I knew I was paying too much already. I was lucky enough to have recieved help from a very kind guy by the name of Derek. He was very helpful and the best part about all of it was he actually wanted to help me, he wanted better for me. That made me feel so much better and now I will be paying a reasonable price thanks to Derek. Your very much appreciated and your customer service was tea.
