About Cares Dental

Cares Dental is a dental office where Dr. Banh is a very good, caring dentist. He is cheerful, friendly, and humorous, often singing or humming while working. He is very careful and slow when injecting Novocain to cause the least amount of pain, and he makes sure patients are very numb so the drilling isn't painful. He is also very patient, professional, and passionate about his job. The staff, including Maria at the front desk and assistant Maritza, are remarkable, nice, welcoming, and professional. The atmosphere is comfortable.

The office is very affordable compared to other dentists. One patient found the price for a crown was half the quote from Sacramento dentists. The dentist is also gentle with patients who are terrified. Dr. Banh is the only dentist one patient will go to, and he does great with a 6-year-old with autism. The office is honest and does quality work, even being fun and funny. One reviewer changed their rating to five stars after a root canal and a good deal on a crown, noting they are in good hands. Another patient mentioned an issue with a text message policy and a concern about a cavity, but still acknowledged Dr. Banh is only human. The office is highly recommended for anyone looking for a patient, friendly, and professional dental experience.

Update: I changed from 4 stars to 5 stars. I ended up needing a root canal on the tooth I mentioned in the previous review. He did a good job. Maria at the front desk is remarkable at remembering patient names it seems. They're just generally a very good group of people. They gave me a good deal on the crown. It's still expensive, but it's a lot of work, and I'm lucky to have my teeth taken care of. Dr. Banh has always been cheerful and friendly. His assistants are as well. Maritza, that did my temporary crown, really worked to make sure everything was right. Good luck finding a better dental office than Cares Dental. If you stay, you're in good hands.

My dad lives in sacramento, but came here for to get his split tooth evaluated. I found this place after calling around sacramento county for prices and ona recommendation from a friend. We ended up getting a crown for half of the price quote I was getting from sacramento dentists. My dad is terrified of going to the dentist, but said the one here was really gentle. After that experience, I booked my mom, me and my husband for a cleaning and check up. Highly recommended.

Been taking my kids here pretty much there whole lives(now ages 20&17), finally went in for myself recently as well. They are very honest, professional, caring, kind, do quality work & even fun/funny. Hands down best dentist/office I've ever seen. Went to ABC dental 1 time before I found this place & this place is so much more patient, friendly, caring, professional.
