Jim and his team built me a patio cover for my back yard. They did a beautiful job. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. Because my situation required approval from my HOA, there were some additional steps that needed to be done before work could begin. Jim took care of everything and made this a positive experience. I would enjoy the opportunity to work with them again.

Jim did not provide the itemized document in detail. We want to talk about the details before we signed the contract, and he said, "no problem, you take my words". My mistake - I assumed he is an "old school & decent" people - I did not have him put it in writing. During the works, we point it out what we wanted in the beginning, and he argued with us - not in the contract. An expensive experience - don't hire any contractor without itemized estimation in details and the works schedule/plan. A lesson - the good old time is passed - don't take his words - everything put in writing in detail.

They replaced our ugly, old patio with a much more attractive patio slab and cover, plus a fan. The job took a little longer than expected but the quality of the workmanship was good, and it was a pleasure dealing with the owner, Jim Lubell.
