“Both Magenta and Connie are very welcoming and explained everything well - this was my first time for acupuncture treatment. Magenta was wonderful to work with to get appointments or make any changes within their policy time. Connie is well-versed in her craft and explained the main process and any options very well. She made me feel comfortable and safe. She counts her needles when done and uses a timer, along with a button on a wristlet for you to use in case you need to end the session earlier or need any help. The treatment was successful in lessening some of my pain and inflammation - hurrah! I'm looking forward to my next treatment!”
