Mokelumne River vet went above and beyond for my sweet pup! she got a foxtail in her ear and they made time to get it removed! we had never been to this veterinary hospital before and they made a spot of us when i was so concerned for my dog. i'm extremely grateful for them! she is now back to her happy puppy self!
I had a vet and requested an appointment online for 1. My new puppy and 2. My other dog had gotten in a fight with one of my bigger dogs and I wanted to make sure he was OK. I waited and waited, and I never got a call back. Why have online appointment requests if you don't call people back? It was actually a blessing in disguise. I decided to call Mokelumne River vet and I was given an appointment immediately. Everyone was so friendly to the front desk to the Vet. The office is big, clean and well organized. They see all kinds of animals from dogs to horses and the staff was awesome. I am so glad I found them and look forward to them taking care of my fur babies... read full review
Something has changed tremendously. I have been taking my pets here for 15 years. My parents brought all our pets here and I continue to. They've been through puppy pets, to surgeries to passings. It used to be great service, compassionate, clean and the most pet friendly people. I provided a courtesy call when I knew I was going to be 10 minutes late to an appointment as I drive 30 miles and happened to catch a little traffic. I had already waited weeks for this puppy appointment. When calling Sherry answered.
