Everything was good. Karen's (one of the x rays technicians) service was the best: Very kind, clear in her requirements for me to position my body or how to take things for especific instruments, and her attention to detail were just delightful. Doctor was also kind, and answered all my questions with patience.
One little (important) detail was that when I had to pay, they did not have the electronic machine to just tap my credit card, so they took my information directly and manually from my card, and I did not like that. As a dental clinic, I think they should be totally prepared for the payment process.
The receptionist at Western Dental in Livermore CA. are very courteous, helpful, and patient with there customers. All around wonderful experience. That's saying a lot about a dentist visit. I do not like the dentist.
It's a good place to go very clean and polite personals to take care of you. I am going there for almost 10+ and I am happy with their service. Specially very happy with Doctore Patel very knowledgeable and very helpful, and she is elaborating your issue to make you feel secure and comfortable. Thanks for the service and I will recommend %100
