As always, everyone at Valley Eyecare Center was very kind and professional. I always feel well cared for and respected when I have appointments there. Dr. Gagnon is the best! He is extremely competent and also genuinely caring. He listens closely and is never dismissive of my concerns. I tend to have complicated eye issues, and I trust him to provide the care I need. For problems that are outside his usual scope, such as serious retinal issues, he always gives appropriate recommendations for who to consult for that level of specialized care.
