Ahmed is both very personal and professional, a pleasure to work with. He is excellent at sourcing materials, even those hard to find, and does so at very fair pricing. Out of the other Tri Valley flooring stores, Ahmed was the only one who perfectly matched an existing hardwood floor for a customer that had had the current flooring for over 7 years and was looking to install it in other areas of the house. I cannot say enough good things about Total Floors in Livermore. They were very helpful helping me to pick out the flooring for my home, scheduling promptly, and the workmen they have for installing their floors were fantastic! They were on time, very fast, and respectful of the house. The final product was absolutely beautiful! We love our floors!
