I found Heather when I was looking for someone close to home for my eyebrows. I was previously making the trek out to the mall, which started feeling daunting and I was not happy with the service I was receiving . I am so thankful I found Heather and Total Beauty Livermore. First, her online booking is so easy, and I appreciate the email/text confirmations and reminders about my upcoming appointments. When I arrived, her space is so cozy and welcoming. Both my husband and I got custom facials from Heather and had an incredible experience. Heather was knowledgeable and gave us both a unique facial experience based off of what she noticed about our skin . We appreciated Heathers incredibly helpful suggestions for daily skin care routines that were simple and easy.
