Came to have lab works, Tammy was awesome professional with great phlebotomy skill which gave me no chance to experience the needle in & out. Gave Tammy two thumbs up & yes again I recommended this lab facilities.

Feels weird to rate an urgent care, but if you have an option, or if it's not that urgent, I'd suggest finding an alternative care facility. Completely empty lobby...that has to be good, right? Was able to check with relative ease. Was brought to an observation room fairly quickly. Three nurses/healthcare workers in the central area. Never saw another patient or heard one my entire visit. After 35 minutes with no one coming by, I went out to check the status. Was told to go back and wait. Pretty standard. 3 minutes later, practitioner came in. My therapists, Cheryl and Nicky (Dominique) did such a wonderful job getting me to function after rotator cuff surgery. They were professional along with being kind and patient. After previously undergoing p.t. for a different problem at a facility that was closer to my home in Pleasanton where it was not very clean, was dilapidated, and the therapists had little patience for a senior, I very much appreciated the cleanliness and the staff at the Stanford facility. I have nothing but praise for the therapists and the p.t. practice as a whole.
