This office has such an amazing team of doctors and nurses! My children are always treated with the best care. When we see Diana, she always greets us with a smile and checks in my kids with great bed side manner. She really makes the beginning of Dr appointments comfortable and enjoyable. I know when I bring my kids here they will be taken care of very well.
I find the front office at this location to be incredibly lacking in empathy. I called one of their other locations and they were able to provide better assistance and showed at least some semblance of care for my child's well-being. I'm probably going to switch them out of this network and move them over to UCSF. They've never let me down, unlike Stanford.
Worst set of staff and irresponsible doctors. Do not take your baby there. We have faced horrible experience from these doctors and staff. They are only interested in minting money from you
