Dustin came out and diagnosed our A/C problem. He explained it to me and told me what needed to be done. He was very Friendly and Professional as well. He made sure before he left that the unit was working properly and was very honest when he said that it may need to be replaced in the near future. If and when that happens I will definitely use Richards again. We actually know Richard himself as we see him downtown in our city and that’s why his company was the first I thought of when our AC unit started acting up.
